چکیده

هدف از انجام این پژوهش، تعیین نقطه بهینه عملکرد کولرهای هوایی از دو دیدگاه اقتصاد و عملیات می‌باشد. امروزه به منظور افزایش راندمان کولرهای هوایی روش‌های متداولی نظیر کنارگذر کردن بخشی از جریان هوای سرد، قرار دادن لوور بر سر راه جریان هوا و محدود کردن دبی آن، کنترل دور موتور و استفاده از فن‌های با گام متغیر مطرح می‌باشد. به‌طورکلی یک راهکار بهینه از دیدگاه مهندسی، پس از بررسی اثر متقابل بین هزینه‌های سرمایه‌گذاری و بهره‌برداری ارائه می‌شود. بنابراین، مطرح نمودن روش‌های متداول می‌تواند تأثیر نامطلوبی بر روی هزینه‌‌های عملیاتی یا سرمایه‌گذاری داشته باشد. در این مقاله با استفاده از اصل بررسی اثر متقابل و در نظر گرفتن تجربیات با ارزش بهره‌برداری، ساختاری بهینه بر روی یک مورد صنعتی، به منظور هدایت مهندسان ارائه شده‌است. اجرای عملیاتی این ساختار در شرکت پالایش نفت تهران، بهبود راندمان کولر هوایی 201-E2 و کاهش 92 % توان مصرفی فن‌های هوایی را در پی داشته‌است.

چکیده English

The purpose of this study is to determine the optimal operating conditions in the aspect of economic and operational performance of air coolers. Air-cooled heat exchangers are often used in industrial applications where a reliable source of water is not available as a cooling medium. Today, various methods such as bypassing the air flow, using damper, and controlling fan motor speed are used to optimize the air cooler efficiency. In this study, Aspen-HTFS (Acol+) is used to achieve the optimum geometry. Essentially, the correct optimal structure is provided by an economic trade-off between the operating and the capital cost. The trade-off between operating and capital cost was done to improve the efficiency of air cooler at Tehran Oil Refining Company and resulted in a 29% power saving.
