غربال‌گری مخازن نفتی جهت تزریق نیتروژن و گاز طبیعی با ترکیب روش طراحی آزمایش‏ها و ‏شبیه‏سازی مخازن‏‏ به‌همراه مطالعه‌ موردی

چکیده

یکی از روش‏های معمول غربال‎گری مخازن جهت انجام پروژه‏های ازدیاد برداشت، مقایسه‏ پروژه‏های انجام شده‏ موفق در جهان با مخازن موجود است. از آنجایی‌که در این روش ممکن است به‌دلیل عدم وجود نمونه‏ مشابه، بعضی از مخازن مناسب جهت تزریق در نظر گرفته نشوند، وجود روش مناسب دیگری برای غربال‎گری مخازن جهت انجام پروژه‏های ازدیاد برداشت ضروری به نظر می‏رسد. در این مقاله ابتدا با استفاده از ترکیب روش طراحی آزمایش‏ها و ‏شبیه‏سازی‏‏ ترکیبی مخازن، پارامترهای سنگ و سیال موثر بر عملکرد تزریق دو گاز نیتروژن و گاز طبیعی جهت تثبیت فشار در مخازن معمولی تعیین می‏شود، سپس اثر مستقل و متقابل این پارامترها در تزریق هر یک از گازها به‌صورت جداگانه مورد تحلیل آماری قرار گرفته و با یکدیگر مقایسه می‏گردد. در انتها نیز رابطه‏ تجربی مناسب جهت تخمین ضریب بازیافت نهایی نفت در تزریق هر یک از گازها ارائه می‏شود که با استفاده از آن می‏توان چندین مخزن مختلف کاندیدای تزریق هر یک از دو گاز را غربال‎گری اولیه کرد.

One of the common methods for reservoir screeining in EOR projects is comparison of prosperous projects is comparison between successfulcarried out projects and available reservoirs in the whole world. Because of lack of similar samples in this method, some of reservoirs are not considered for injection, so casing of another EOR method is necessary. In this paper, at first, by combination of Experimental design and Compositional simulation, rock and fluid effective parameters are detected in N2 and CH4 gas injections for pressure maintenance in reservoirs. Then, indirect and interaction effect of these parameters are analyzed and compared for both gas injections. separately for both gases injection are analyzed and compared. Finally, for estimation of oil recovery factor, empirical correlation is proposed. This correlation is used for primary screening in N2 and CH4 injection projects.
